My name is Karen Goodwin. I am a resident of Howard County, Maryland. I have been a full time real estate agent for the past 7 years. Prior to that, I was a registered nurse in DC and Maryland. I took my skills of analyzing situations and data, advocating, and educating the public to my current professions as a real estate agent, life coach, social media content creator, and influencer. My greatest accomplishment was choosing to take responsibility for my life and authentically creating a life I love versus a life of surviving. My mission is to empower others to live their best life.
