Today, our featured guest is an executive and career coach, speaker, and best-selling author of Winning the Game of Work: Career Happiness and Success on Your Own Terms.

She is also the CEO of Terry B. McDougall Coaching.

She works with high-achieving professionals who are "successful but not satisfied," meaning that they pay a high price for their "success" in terms of stress, anxiety, and overwork. Her mission is to help her clients expand the overlap between their professional success and personal happiness. Through coaching, she combines a focus on shifting to a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and identifying and developing skill sets to help them have more impact with less effort.

Before becoming a full-time coach in 2017, Terry was a long-time marketing executive within financial services. She is also a wife and mother of three children. She lives in suburban Chicago.

In her spare time, Terry hosts a podcast called Marketing Mambo. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, and watching movies.
