Today, our featured guest is a Transformational Speaker, and Author of the book "The Prescription is in the Dirt," where she looks to empower others on their soul healing journey.  She is also a wife and mother of 4 boys.

She has embraced self-discovery & acceptance by challenging insecurity, anxiety, and depression from childhood trauma, heartbreak, and physical abuse. It took her over thirty years before finding the courage to change her life.

The journey to finding herself and accepting whom God created her to be, birthed some key baby steps that have helped her mature in her healing journey.

Through her faith and determination to break generational curses, she learned the freedom in being transparent, sharing deep secrets to get the necessary help.

She is a big believer in paying things forward, which is partly why she has chosen to open her life up in very vulnerable ways.
