Mirvat and Gregory explore the conversation of changing bad habits. Regardless of how long it takes, tackling bad habits and replacing them with good ones is essential for you to live your best life. Bad habits can keep you from achieving your full potential. They can make you sick, unproductive, and unhappy. The worst habits can even cost you your relationships and your life. Good habits set you up for success all-around. Today, our special guest is a certified health and life coach that guides people to fall in love with who they are. Her coaching style is based on her life experience, trial, and error. She guides natural-born givers on how to focus energy on themselves to achieve happiness. At first, she was a healthy athlete and living a luxurious dream. When the glitz and glam wore off, though, she found herself falling deeper and deeper into a rabbit hole as both her physical and mental health started to deteriorate. She was the heaviest she had ever been in her life; she was eating anything with no physical exercise to counteract it. As a ‘giver’, she focused all her energy on other people along the way, forgetting to care for herself, and one day it hit her like a ton of bricks: she had hit rock bottom. She knew she needed to change her life around, but she did not know how. She quit her corporate job and returned to the US (Home) to work on herself. She too sought professional help; she started to eat clean and feel clean. And from there on, it was a snowball effect of positive change. She shed the weight, she changed her bad habits, she trained her mind to perceive things differently and was finally able to see her life in a positive and healthy way. This is an episode that is surely worth exploring every minute of their discussion.
