Today, our special guest is the CEO/Founder of Enchanted Hearts Alzheimer's and Dementia Association. She trains memory care professionals and caregivers to care for individuals with Alzheimer's. She is the CEO/Founder of Charlie's Home for Vets, which assists homeless veterans with housing, clothing, shoes, hygiene items, and community education courses. She is also the CEO/Founder of the nonprofit organization, The Jacqueline Smith Foundation, which addresses active military, veterans, homeless veterans, and underserved communities.

The foundation's mission is to empower and equip our military men and women with the resources needed to maintain and sustain our community. They do this by offering free financial literacy classes, navigation of veteran resource classes, mental health outreach programs, and free professional headshots to assist with professional portfolios.

She has an extensive background in the medical field with over 20 + years of experience. In addition to being a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, Certified Dementia Care Specialist, Certified Online Training Professional, and Dementia Care Specialist. She also has an extensive background in pediatric and geriatric nursing.

She has worked with special needs children and adults for 13 years. She is a CPR instructor, teaching the community how to save lives and recognize unsafe situations. She is highly active in volunteering and giving back to her community. She believes that education is the key to being successful and competent in one's career, along with hard work and dedication.
