She has a passion for fast-growing companies, having worked 14 years with T-Mobile USA to grow from 700 to over 42,000 employees. She served in several roles there, leading in Sales, National Training & Development, Employee Engagement, and Strategy & Insights before founding Agility Leadership Group to help other fast-growing companies.

She is a trusted advisor working on advisory boards to help companies grow. She is passionate about helping leaders and companies reach the outcomes that matter most.

She has walked alongside clients to help them lead transformation and achieve 3x sales growth, increased market share, successful turnarounds, going from worst to first in employee satisfaction, initial IPO on Nasdaq, and winning J.D. Power Awards.

She has been assessing, coaching, and developing C-suite leaders in public and private companies for 15 years. She enjoys working with executive teams to help them go from a team of all-stars to an all-star team.

She has worked with companies in High Tech, Consulting, Retail, Software, Capital Investments, Hospitality, and Consumer Packaged Goods in the U.S. and worldwide.

She received her M.S. in Organization Development with an international focus from George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.

She has a B.A. in Business Administration and Management. When she is not working with her clients, she is an avid lover of food, wine, and travel. She is passionate about learning and reads a book a week.

She currently resides in Nashville, TN, with her husband and two boys.
