Our special guest today has spent her entire corporate career as a business leader in fashion retail working for some of the top specialty fashion brands in the retail world. She has a track record of delivering exceptional sales results through People Development and Team Building, leaving a legacy of talent in her wake.

Her coaching role presented itself when she became the casualty of a retail bankruptcy and had to decide whether staying in retail or leaving. She made the difficult decision to shed one professional identity for another. While it was an easy transition from leading teams in the retail world to becoming a professional in the coaching industry shedding one professional identity for another does come with its own set of unique challenges. Change is always easier said than done.

Coaching allows her to continue what she has always loved about her role in retail and what she has always done organically throughout her career...develop, inspire, and motivate people. As a coach, she has found great joy in helping clients gain confidence and belief in themselves by identifying and breaking-through roadblocks to achieve greater successes, personally and professionally.  In addition, helping clients discover their “unique” voice is paramount to helping clients be who they were truly meant to be.

She has been certified by the High-Performance Institute and works one-on-one with clients to achieve their desired outcomes and breakthroughs.
